This project is not an aim. This is a place for pass and digest. As a type for other river valleys, this one brings all of citizens to the mountain and nature. A thing same as a tasty straw, or on the other hand a thing like digestive system. Giving flavor and attract nutritious materials.

All of humans, plants, animals, water, wind, and soil are components of this great system. And by their differences will experience their special interplay. This collection is not a separate island from body of the city. Does not impose a burden on the city, and performs more than its share.
